Pallet stacker KBS 12 / KBSI 12 / KBSM 12
The Baoli KBS 12 is the entry-level model in the range of electric pallet stackers and the ideal solution for light-duty applications in small and medium-sized warehouses. With a lifting capacity of 1,200 kg, compact dimensions, and modern lithium-ion technology, this stacker combines efficiency, flexibility, and ease of use. The KBS 12 is available with a one- or two-stage telescopic mast and offers lift heights up to 3,600 mm. The forks are available with a total width of 570 or 685 mm, suitable for various load unit standards. Thanks to its stable four-wheel chassis, the stacker ensures safe and controlled handling of pallets and goods. Its compact design makes the KBS 12 ideal for use in narrow aisles and confined workspaces. With the tiller in the vertical position, the truck is also exceptionally easy to maneuver.
Efficient operation with lithium-ion technology
The KBS 12 is the first Baoli stacker with a maintenance-free lithium-ion battery. The 24 V / 60 Ah lithium-ion battery and the built-in charger make it easy to recharge on the go at any 230 V outlet, ensuring high availability and maximum flexibility in daily operations.
Safety is a top priority with the KBS 12. PIN-code access prevents unauthorized use and eliminates the need for keys. Thanks to the centrally mounted drawbar and mast profiles, the operator has an excellent view of the forks and load, while the transparent mast cover provides additional protection during operation. This ensures safe and controlled operation, even during intensive daily use.
The drive and lift functions are controlled via an ergonomic joystick that is easy to operate with both hands. The long tiller arm reduces the steering effort required and ensures that the operator always maintains a comfortable and safe distance from the truck. The multifunctional display on the tiller shows, among other things, the hour meter, battery charge status, and service information, making operation clear and user-friendly.
